Learn about the history of nougat, peek behind the production scenes, then get hands-on with the Mondo Nougat team making your own nougat.
You can craft any combination you like from a selection of more than 20 ingredients including chocolate, lollies and nuts.
Make one festive. Make one fruity. Why not make both?
That’s right, at this December class, every participant goes home with two nougat creations.
Save one for yourself and use one for a gift, or keep them both. We won’t tell!
Coffee and cake in the Mondo Nougat cafe are included to enjoy before or after the class.
Tickets are $95 per person. Places are limited. Children must be aged 10+ to take part and need to be accompanied by an adult.
