Thinking of booking our Spring Flavour Creator Masterclass on Saturday, October 17 for Entwined in the Swan Valley?

Great idea!

You’ll get a brief overview of the history of nougat before entering the production area to start crafting your own nougat flavour.

And yes, we wear hair nets. Hair is not one of our ingredients.

You choose from a selection of ingredients we provide and we can help you pick what flavours will work together. Or not 🤣

You will receive helpful guidance from our team on how to mix your ingredients into the nougat base.

Unlike our nougat bars and bites, your bespoke nougat will be round.

You get to take it home in a resealable container.

Ideally, you should resist eating it for seven days. Ideally but good luck!

Delicious and full of yummy ingredients!

Your ticket includes a coffee and cake before or after your class.

This is living “la dolce vita” (the sweet life).

Our popular Flavour Creator Masterclass is back for Entwined in the Swan Valley on Saturday, October 17.

Join the team to create your own nougat flavour from a selection of ingredients including Australian nuts, chocolate and some spring surprises. Coffee and cake are included before or after the class.

We are also presenting our first evening masterclass, Create and Graze, on Friday, October 16.

Make your own nougat flavour, sip on a@cura.vino wine or spritz from @chillocollection then enjoy grazing on local produce from our friends @harveycheese_swanvalley and @morishnuts

Tickets are $75 for the Spring Flavour Creator Masterclass (recommended for ages 8+) and $95 for Create and Graze (18+ only).
