The July flavour of the month is a collaboration with another Swan Valley stalwart (and good friends!) – Talijancich Wines.

Winter has hit hard with chilly evenings and icy mornings. The master nougat makers knew when they tasted a hot sample one cold day, that Tali’s slow-cooked mulled port would make the perfect flavour base for their next nougat creation.

Dried figs macerated in deliciously spicy mulled port with cinnamon, star anise, and more secret spices, all whipped into our famous soft nougat. The Winter Warmer is a gooey treat to be savoured.

Packed in a 225g tub with approximately 13 individually wrapped pieces.
