The combination of roasted almonds and vanilla makes it one of the most popular flavours, but pistachio varieties are closing in.

Visit us for a free sample and watch nougat being made and packed through the production window. There's a short film to view when we aren't in production.

Ciao! Little Italy Festival is taking over Stadiu

Little Italy Festival is taking over Stadium Park at Optus Stadium with cibo (food), musica (music) and festa (festival) from August 5 to 9.

These activities support the Calcio Italiano football from August 5 to 11, featuring matches between AC Milan, Juventus, Inter and Palermo.

We are excited to be part of the Long Table dinner on August 6 and 7, presented by @mizzica.mangiatoria and @cibonorthperth, and showcasing some of Perth's best artisan produce.

Try our traditional Italian nougat inside fresh cannoli, and on its own as a sweet end to the night.
